Pinakra is the technology and consulting brand of NOVAWELL PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. We are a premium IT consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, enterprise software development, AI infrastructure, digital marketing, and brand design. We serve businesses across India and international markets from our base in Lucknow, UP.

Are you based in Lucknow? Do you work with clients outside UP?
Yes, our primary office is in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. However, we work with clients across India — from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad — and serve international clients in the US, UK, UAE, and Southeast Asia. All client engagements can be managed remotely, and we travel for on-site requirements for strategic projects.

What is your minimum project budget?
Our minimum engagement is ₹50,000 for focused consulting or simple digital marketing projects. Custom software development projects typically start at ₹3 lakhs, while comprehensive website development starts at ₹80,000. Enterprise ERP and AI infrastructure projects are scoped individually. We believe in transparent pricing and will always give you a detailed proposal before any commitment.
Do you offer monthly retainer services?
Yes, many of our clients engage us on monthly retainers for ongoing digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media management, and technical support. Retainer arrangements offer priority service, dedicated team members, and typically better economics than project-by-project engagements. Contact us to discuss retainer options for your needs.
What is included in a website development project?
Our website development projects include: discovery and strategy sessions, UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, CMS integration, SEO optimization, speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, cross-browser testing, content migration (if applicable), training, and 30 days post-launch support. Hosting setup and domain registration can also be managed by us.

Process & Timeline

How long does a typical website take to build?
A standard corporate website typically takes 4-6 weeks from kickoff to launch. More complex enterprise web applications take 3-6 months depending on scope. Our process always begins with a detailed project plan with clear milestones so you know exactly what to expect at each stage.
What does your project process look like?
Our process has five phases: (1) Discovery — understanding your business, goals, and requirements; (2) Strategy & Planning — defining the approach, architecture, and timeline; (3) Design — creating wireframes and visual designs for your approval; (4) Development — building and testing the solution; (5) Launch & Support — deploying and supporting post-launch. You are involved at every key milestone.
How do you handle revisions and feedback?
Our projects include structured revision rounds at each phase — typically 2-3 rounds for design and 2 rounds for development. We use project management tools (Notion/Trello/Jira based on client preference) to track feedback clearly. Our goal is always to get things right, not to rush to completion.

What technology stack do you typically use?
Our development stack varies by project needs. For websites and CMSs: PHP, MySQL, custom frameworks. For enterprise applications: Node.js, React, PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL. For mobile: Flutter, Swift, Kotlin. For AI: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch. For infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Linux servers. We always recommend the right technology for your specific requirements, not our preferred stack.
Do you provide source code and full ownership?
Absolutely. All intellectual property developed for you belongs entirely to you. You receive full source code, documentation, server credentials, and design files upon project completion and final payment. We maintain no back-doors or proprietary locks in the solutions we build.
Is my data and project information kept confidential?
We sign NDA agreements before any project discussions involving sensitive business information. All team members are contractually bound to strict confidentiality. We do not discuss, share, or disclose any client information, project details, or business data to third parties under any circumstances.

Support & Maintenance

What support do you offer after project completion?
All projects include 30 days of complimentary post-launch support covering bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical questions. Beyond that, we offer structured Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering ongoing updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and priority support. Most clients continue with monthly retainer arrangements.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Our standard support SLA is: Critical issues (site down/data loss) — 2-hour response, 24-hour resolution. High priority (significant functionality broken) — 4-hour response, 48-hour resolution. Normal priority (non-critical bugs/requests) — 24-hour response, 5-business-day resolution. AMC clients receive priority queue access.
Do you offer training for our team?
Yes, training is included for all CMS-based projects — we ensure your team can confidently manage content, update pages, add blog posts, and handle routine operations without needing to contact us for every change. For complex platforms, we provide video documentation and written guides in addition to live training sessions.
